About Our Company
Our President, Gerald A. Crandall, has more than 50 years experience in the insurance business. His sons, Gerald S., David and Jon Crandall, who joined our agency in 1985, 1976, 1989, respectively, are highly knowledgeable insurance professionals, with Jon Crandall also being an attorney. Additionally, each member of our support staff takes great pride in his or her ability to deal competently and courteously with both our clients and insurers.
G.A. Crandall & Co., Inc is one of the largest full-service independent insurance agencies in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. We currently have more than 35 employees, including eight in house agents, eight underwriters and placers, and two full-time claims persons. In June 1997, our company moved to our state-of-the-art facility in Tinley Park.
